Deloitte: Digitally delivering inclusive work experience
Deloitte wanted to create a work experience programme for sixth form students who were less likely to have access to accountancy jobs. So they partnered with Connectr, and together we delivered ASPIRE.
During their placements, students were able to put themselves in the shoes of Deloitte professionals – developing key employability skills and learning more about the industry.
Connectr also helped them to prepare for their work experience, with a programme of activities leading up to the placement itself.
And, in the year following the scheme, all attendees were offered continued support through Connectr’s digital mentoring tools.
