Young woman in her first job is having an appraisal, how can you measure the success of early talent

Q. Why do candidates renege on job offers?

A. It’s complicated. Sometimes this is because a candidate has received a better job offer which they prefer and sometimes it’s because they may come across some information they were unaware of regarding a prospective employer’s values, history, and projects that puts them off. Equally, candidates that are offered a role a while before the start date can become disengaged or lose a sense of belonging, find out how you can combat this here.
