With the cost-of-living crisis, energy price rise, inflation, and the tragic war in Ukraine the economic outlook is a serious concern for us all. We spoke to 26 HR leaders representing over 500,000 employees across 12 sectors including finance, FMCG, retail, insurance, and technology to find out what they’re doing in response to this unprecedented situation.
