Pax8 is one of the fastest growing private companies in the US and is now growing globally. Key to their continued fast business growth is making 6-monthly graduate-calibre hires – but competing for the best talent is tough and resource intense.
Culture fit is critical to a scaling business. To get the best fit talent for Pax8, they needed a new and more robust screening and selection process.
We spent time with the Pax8 team to understand the culture and what ‘good looks like’. This enabled us to:
- Design a new final stage ‘Discovery day’
- Shortlist down to 22 candidates
- Improved the offer rate compared to the last intake
This years campaign improved Pax8’s application-to-hire conversion from 48:1 to 34:1, and a 50% conversion rate at final stage Discovery Day.
