Meet Paul Johnson from Heathrow’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team! Paul contacted Connectr to solve a problem and to help Heathrow develop a culture of mentoring that brings their global and diverse team together to help them grow and progress in their careers.
Connectr worked with Paul and other colleagues from Heathrow to implement Connectr for Employees, a digital mentoring platform designed to create meaningful connections that support your employees as they learn, develop and grow within your organisation.
Feedback from mentees shows that they are already enjoying the benefits of mentoring and have seen positive impacts on their careers, their levels of engagement and their lives. As a result of early successes, Connectr for Employees will be scaled up and rolled out across the organisation.
