6-monthly graduate-calibre hires, but competing for the best talent is tough and resource intense.

Implementation

Culture fit is critical to a scaling business. To get the best fit talent for Pax8, they needed a new and more robust screening and selection process. We spent time with the Pax8 team to understand the culture and ‘what good looks like’.

Impact

This enabled us to:
  • Design a new final stage ‘Discovery day’
  • Shortlist down to 22 candidates
  • Improved offer rate compared to the last intake

The Discovery day was a resounding success. We are all immensely grateful for the expertise shown by the team at Connectr, they brought real value and expertise to the Discovery day.
