Arcadis: Digital candidate engagement








Arcadis came to Connectr to help attract the best construction talent, and increase brand awareness for their non-construction roles. Connectr helped them do just this, and more.


We worked with Arcadis to give prospective graduates and apprentices access to information, through Connectr’s platform, to help them explore what a career at Arcadis might look like. This included digital mentoring, which allowed candidates to speak directly to current employees. We put an emphasis on interactive content, and topics that resonated well with talent, including:
